Mark and France helped us find the perfect home when we moved to Dripping Springs two years ago. Unfortunately, we were forced to relocate again and the Clausen team was able to get our house on the market quickly. We had multiple offers over the asking price on the first weekend! After initially being disappointed with the lack of effort by the Austin-based real estate agent I was using, my Supervisor recommended that I talk with Mark Clausen. Prior to contacting Mark, I verified with two other coworkers that used Mark to help with finding homes in Austin. All had a very high level of appreciation for the work Mark did. This is now the seventh home in my life that I have purchased, but the first time I can say that the agent earned their commission. Mark was very patient with my wife and me during several weeks of looking at houses. When the banking group had internal mistakes in processing the loan on time Mark helped drive their focus towards meeting obligations and timelines. We were about to list our home in Polo Club on MLS, but the Clausens found us a buyer and we closed with a cash buyer in two weeks and three days! We didn't even have to paint our home or make any substantial repairs (not that there many, mind you). Mark and his wife, France, are awesome! Hard-working, honest, and well connected! Mark is a former Navy Seal and has a seal drive for getting the mission done! Mark has honorably served our country and he uses his same drive and integrity to serve his clients. There are a lot of real estate agents and brokers but very few who actually stand above the herd. Mark and his wife, France, are two that stand above the rest of the crowd of agents.

Mark and France Clausen are awesome. They are professional and always looking out for and guiding their client. They always go the extra mile to explain the contract and the offer that they received for my home. From the time I signed the contract, through staging and photographs and the final sale, both Mark and France were always there to answer any and all questions.
