The community of homes for sale in Belterra received the Master planned community of the year in 2015 by the Austin Business Journal. Howard Ranch is a highly sought after subdivision in Dripping Springs. Known for its unique architectural appeal, the 150 homes range anywhere from the $500s up into the millions. Surrounded by a gorgeous natural setting and Onion Creek, yet still close do downtown Dripping Springs and Austin, this neighborhood offers something for everyone.

Caliterra is a conveniently-located neighborhood just south from Dripping Springs along Ranch Road 12. It’s only a few minutes away from all the great amenities that the Springs has to offer, including shopping, dining, wineries, breweries, and more. The neighborhood itself boasts miles of hike and bike trails. Homes in this master-planned community were constructed by several different builders, including Brookfield, Drees, Scott Felder, and more.

The Headwaters in Dripping Springs, is conveniently located between Austin, Dripping Springs and nearby tons of amenities. The average home price for a home in the Headwaters is around $500k making it a highly affordable locale. The Polo Club neighborhood of Dripping Springs TX is a premiere, gated community that provides huge lots, pastoral appeal, and large, estate-style homes. Located just off of Highway 290, this Dripping Springs subdivision is home to the Polo Tennis Club, the Polo Club Stables, and more.

While the county maintains the roads, the neighborhood is conveniently located several minutes from downtown Dripping Springs, with access to stores like Home Depot and HEB.
