France Clausen has been working side by side with her husband Mark in real estate for many years. Since the early 90’s, they’ve invested together, buying and selling all over the country; and they currently maintain a portfolio of over 25 properties. After owning a development company in San Diego doing condo conversions, they moved to Austin, TX in 2006 and joined the brokerage side of the business a year later, specializing in residential sales. They bring different personalities, yet similar philosophies and incredible knowledge to their award-winning team, The Veritas Group, which greatly benefit their clients. France is particularly skilled and successful in at the art of marketing and selling their listings, with a proven track record for maximizing exposure and sale prices for her loyal clients.
Her interest in real estate began at a young age, as France’s parents were investors for decades. France holds her Texas Real Estate Brokers License and specializes in sales in the Southwest area of Austin, Dripping Springs, and the Hill Country Luxury Market. She and Mark have lived in Dripping Hills for 13 years, where they’re raising their children and are active in their community.
Born in Southern California and raised in Orange County, CA, France received a B.A. in Psychology from California State Fullerton as well as a Masters in Social Work from San Diego University. Her exceptional interpersonal and communication skills put her clients’ minds at ease, coupled with savvy negotiating that gets them the best possible deals.
