Where is Caliterra located?

Developed by Allegiant Realty Partners, the Caliterra neighborhood is located south of Dripping Springs along Highway 12. It’s very close the center of Dripping Springs, just a short 2 mile drive south. The neighborhood itself is accessed by Caliterra Parkway and meanders west for about 2 miles past Onion Creek and then ends in several enclaves.

If you’re looking for access to entertainment, shopping, and dining, Caliterra is a great place to live. As noted above, it’s close to the heart of Dripping Springs so you’re not far from all that Caliterra has to offer. If you’re looking to get to Austin, you’re looking at at 25 mile drive, less than 45 minutes on a clear traffic day.
